Ingredients:

  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ tsp of pepper
  • 16 oz bag of cornbread cubes

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  3. Add onions and celery over medium heat until tender, about 6 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir cornbread bread cubes, milk, water and eggs. Mix.
  5. Now place the stuffing in a buttered casserole dish and bake at 325 F for 30 to 35 minutes.
