• 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes

Cooking Instructions:

  1. To make the sauce, combine the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, and red chili flakes in a large bowl. Mix to combine the flavors.
  2. Add the whole shrimp to marinate and toss to coat.
  3. Place the shrimp on a hot grill and cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until opaque throughout.
