- 2 eggs
- 1 (16 ounce) can of pumpkin puree,
- 1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pie shell
- Preheat the oven to 425 F.
- Combine eggs, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk and pumpkin pie spice and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a pie shell.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425 F.
- Then reduce the heat and bake for 35-40 minuets longer at 350 F.
