- 1 can of artichoke hearts
- ¾ cup of Mayonnaise
- ¾ cup of fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350 F
- Drain and finely chop 1 can of artichoke hearts (or use a food processor).
- Mix with Hellmann’s Mayonnaise and freshly grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until browned.
